The speed of the Hydrogen Atom in D1 is 10% the speed of lite C1
At .1C1 it would take 1,000k years to cross the Milky Way. In D2 it would take a millisecond.
How many lives would live and die in D1 during that millisecond. It is like a cone.
This atom's speed is one tenth C1 in D1.
Hence: I say C1 in D1 is one tenth D2
To me this is conclusive evidence the speed of lite in the dimension D2 is much faster than in D1
