Secret is Being Positive
                            KILLING THE FURY WITHIN

First I don't believe it is entirely possible. I do believe the fury within can be reduced to a manageable level.
Here is how you do it.

It doesn't matter how much fury there is. But one must recognize there is something there to begin. Killing the Fury is designed for the chronic, although anyone can use this method for almost any discontent within. Use this for goodness and great things can happen. For not, it will be your own destruction. In my opinion that is.

To be the most effective master the no-mindness. As you practice the no-mindness becomes stronger within. So lets begin.

Through the no-mindness identify the problem within. From cigarette smoking to the total hatred of something or idea. Then attack it. kill it with the fury that it possesses. After all it is war. And the emotional content to kill anything is great. Remember this is an internal function.

Go to war with the fury within, with the fury needed at that moment. Mentally, punch, kick, scratch, bite, beat it too death. Which by the way, is like racing against yourself. Who will win that race. Destroy your opponent.

If you are fighting for your life how much effort is involved? If you are fighting for your dinner how much then? I guess it is almost equal if you are starving to death. So the skilled at biting and scratching feels the same as those who practice a fighting art. The difference is how focused one can be and what too you possess.

So why not pick up an imaginary weapon? Because that is too easy and shows less commitment. One must be fully committed. Now fight it with all you have because something moves within.

It may take a continuous effort, understanding you may have to return to the war. It may take a while. How long? I can't answer that. Only you can.

After each battle come to a resting point. Repose. No thinking. Feel the victory.
Into a soul absolutely free
From thoughts and emotion,
Even the tiger finds no room
To insert its fierce claws.

One and the same breeze passes
Over the pines on the mountains
And the oak trees in the valleys;
And why do they give different notes!

No thinking, no reflecting,
Perfect emptiness;
Yet therein, something moves,
Following its own course.

The eye sees it,
But no hands can take hold of it –
The moon in the stream.

Clouds and mists,
They are midair transformations,
Above them eternally shine the sun and the moon.

Victory is for the one,
Even before the combat,
Who has no thought of himself,
Abiding in the no-mind-ness of Great Origins.
